Exhibition Area

The exhibition area allows companies and public administrations to showcase their portfolio of products and services as well as their needs and collaboration opportunities in terms of knowledge transfer.

Exhibition area will follow a circular design in order to enhance the integration of the thematic panels with the stands. This open format will also integrate the networking area and Demo Center-TRL7.

Set up:

Stands follow a turnkey delivery.

Early-bird discout:

Early-bird discounts for bookings made before the 31st October 2021 will only apply if the booking form is received signed and 50% of the the final amount is payed as a reservation before that date.

Booth location:​

Due to technical reasons, booth location within the exhibition area will depend on the type of booth booked (size, format, etc). Given these determining factors, the exhibitor will be able to select a location among the options provided by the organizing team of Transfiere. Said selection will be made by booking order.

Graphic artworks for booth customization:

Final graphic artworks for booth customization according to the corporate image must be provided by the exhibitor following the requirements established by the organising team of Transfiere.

Joint participations:​

Booths for joint participations of several companies or entities are available, with a clear distinction between brand images. For more information, pelase contact the organizing team of Transifere.

​Attendance, networking agenda and working lunch:

Once the booking process is completed, codes corresponding to the type of booth chosen will be sent by email. These codes must be introduced in the registration platform with the details of the people that will make use of them.

Social distancing measures:​

The organization of the Forum follows specific safety and social distancing measures as a result of the crisis caused by COVID-19. The guidelines may undergo certain changes depending on the evolution of the regulation regarding this aspect.
