By accepting your participation at Transfiere, you acknowledge and accept the General Conditions of Contract and Participation Rules, as well as the Specific Conditions of Contract for Transfiere 2021 specified below.

These Specific Conditions of Contract may modify all or part of the clauses included in the General Conditions of Contract and Participation Rules.

EXCEPTIONAL CLAUSE ON COVID-19:

Exceptionally, and due to the current situation caused by Covid-19, if FYCMA decides to cancel Transfiere Forum 2021, the exhibitor may request a refund of the amount paid or use it as a deposit for the next edition of the event. If the full amount has been paid, they may choose between FYCMA keeping either 100% or only 50% as a deposit for their reservation.

SPECIFIC CONDITIONS OF CONTRACT FOR TRANSFIERE 2021

ADMISSION AND CONTRACT FORMALISATION

In addition to what is specified at the General Conditions of Contract and Rules of Participation, all companies and institutions whose activities are considered to be included or related to the sectors represented at Transfiere, and that meet the mandatory legal requirements, can participate as exhibitors in Transfiere 2021. The organisation reserves the right of admission.

Formalisation of the contract will be completed by sending a signed copy of the proposal back to the Trade Fair and Congress Center of Malaga (FYCMA), accompanied by a proof of payment (50% of the total amount). Without the proof of payment, the booking will not be formalised.

PAYMENT METHODS

In order to formalise the reservation, 50% + 10% VAT of the total amount must be paid upon signature of the proposal. The remaining amount must be paid 30 days before the event.

EXHIBITOR AGENDA

IMPORTANT DATES FOR PARTICIPANTS

  • From now on: Send the logo of your company and URL to link from the website of Transfiere in the section of Exhibitors.
  • March 15th: Deadline for full stand and services payment.
  • Before March 29th: Shipping of the designs for the graphic elements of your stand.
  • April 12th: Shipping of goods to suit your stand. The shipment of goods for the stand must be programmed by the exhibitor by this date.
  • April 13th: Turnkey stand adaptation from 8:30 a.m. to 9:30 p.m.
  • April 14th and 15th: Celebration of Transfiere.

SHIPMENT AND COLLECTION OF GOODS

The shipment of merchandise must be scheduled to be delivered to FYCMA on April 12th from 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m.

Goods collection may take place on April 15th from 5:30 p.m. to 9:00 p.m. and on April 16th from 9:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. The collection of this merchandise must be managed by the exhibitor. Once the disassembly periods have ended, all merchandise that remains in the exhibition areas will be considered waste material and will be removed by the cleaning company, with the exhibitor losing all right to claim for loss or damage.
