By accepting your participation at Transfiere, you acknowledge and accept the General Conditions of Contract and Participation Rules, as well as the Specific Conditions of Contract for Transfiere 2020 specified below.
These Specific Conditions of Contract may modify all or part of the clauses included in the General Conditions of Contract and Participation Rules.

SPECIFIC CONDITIONS OF CONTRACT FOR TRANSFIERE 2020
ADMISSION AND CONTRACT FORMALISATION
In addition to what is specified at the General Conditions of Contract and Rules of Participation, all companies and institutions whose activities are considered to be included or related to the sectors represented at Transfiere, and that meet the mandatory legal requirements, can participate as exhibitors in Transfiere 2020. The organisation reserves the right of admission.
Formalisation of the contract will be completed by sending a signed copy of the proposal back to the Trade Fair and Congress Center of Malaga (FYCMA), accompanied by a proof of payment (50% of the total amount). Without the proof of payment, the booking will not be formalised.
In order to formalise the reservation, 50% + 10% VAT of the total amount must be paid upon signature of the proposal. The remaining amount must be paid 30 days before the event.
STAND SET UP AND ADJUSTEMENTS
February 11 from 8:30 a.m. to 9:30 p.m. uninterruptedly.
Celebration: February 12 and 13, 2020
February 12 from 8:30 a.m. to 7:00 p.m.
February 13 from 8:30 a.m. to 3:00 p.m.
Stand dismantling: February 13 from 3:30 p.m. February 14 from 9:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m.
DELIVERY OF MATERIALS BEFORE THE EVENT
Materials can be delivered at FYCMA on February 10 from 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. They must be sent perfectly labelled and identified (Event, Stand Number and Company). Received materials will be placed at each stand by the organisation.
DELIVERY OF MATERIALS DURING THE EVENT
During the event, only small materials will be accepted at the reception one hour before the event.
STAND DISMANTLING AND MATERIALS PICK-UP
On February 13, from 3:30 p.m. to 9:00 p.m. and on February 14 from 9:00 a.m. to 2:30 p.m. vehicles will be allowed to enter the pavilion to facilitate the pick-up of any materials left by the exhibitor. It is strictly forbidden to dismantle or withdraw materials before the date and time indicated above.
If the pick-up is carried out by a courier or delivery service, it will be exhibitor’s responsibility to hire and coordinate it. In order to do so, materials must be left properly packaged and labelled for collection next to the stand. Should that be the case, the exhibitor must inform the organisation so it can authorise the courier to the pavilion.
Any materials remaining at the exhibition area after February 14, will be discarded by the cleaning company, losing the exhibitor any right to claim for loss or damage.
