Additional information

Coordination:

One of the members of the organizing team of Transfiere will be appointed as a point of contact point to coordinate the different elements and activities included in the sponsorship level chosen.

Access passes, networking agendas and networking lunch:

Once the booking process is completed, codes corresponding to the type of participation chosen will be sent by email. These codes must be introduced in the registration platform with the details of the people that will make use of them.

Institutional agenda:

Invitations to the different institutional acts are restricted to maximum institutional representation.

Programme and contents:

  • The organization participating in the content programme may suggest topics and / or speakers, but the organizing team of Transfiere reserves the right of decision based on the strategy for the 2021 edition.
  • Details related to the participation in the International Innovation Programme (date, time, topics, etc) will be discussed and arranged with the content area of the organizing team of Transfiere.
  • Deadline to confirm all the details related to the participation in the International Innovation Programme (topic, speakers, etc) is 15th December 2020.
  • Deadline to launch the Technological Challenge is 30th November 2020.

Parallel activity:

Room for 60 pax in FYCMA for the celebration of a workshop, activity or meeting that can be open (any registered participant in Transfiere can access) or closed (exclusively for guests of the sponsoring entity).

Stand:

  • Stands follow a turnkey delivery.
  • Due to technical reasons, booth location within the exhibition area will depend on the type of booth booked (size, format, etc). Given these determining factors, the exhibitor will be able to select a location among the options provided by the organizing team of Transfiere. Said selection will be made by booking order.
  • Final graphic artworks for booth customization according to the corporate image must be provided by the sponsor following the requirements established by the organising team of Transfiere.

Branding and visibility:

  • Communication and marketing elements included in each sponsorship level will be detailed in the bespoke proposal.
  • Final graphic artworks for the customization according to the corporate image of the different elements included in each sponsorship level must be provided by the sponsor following the requirements established by the organizing team of Transfiere.
  • Exclusive sponsorship elements: Ítems marked with an asterisk in the branding and visibility part of the sponsorship breakdown table are exclusively sponsored; that is, they can be sponsored by only one organization. In case any of these ítems has already been booked by other organization, the organizing team of Transfiere will provide an equivalent alternative in terms of visibility. Some of the exclusive sponsorship items (such as the International Innovation Program Forums) may be offered simultaneously by a public administration or entity.
  • Items in the branding and visibility part that do not have an asterisk are not exclusively sponsored; that is, it may be sponsored or include the corporate image of more than one company or entity.

Social distancing measures:

The organization of the Forum follows specific safety and social distancing measures as a result of the crisis caused by COVID-19. The guidelines may undergo certain changes depending on the evolution of the regulation regarding this aspect.
