- The networking agenda allows for more than 30 half-hour meetings with other attendees and potential partners over the two and a half days of the event. Meetings are scheduled through an online platform where the technological capabilities and company descriptions of the participants are specified.
- The networking lunch takes place on the first day of the event (March 10). The contracting of this participation modality and/or registration on the registration platform (as applicable) must be completed before March 1, prior to contracting the networking agenda. Companies and institutions that have contracted any type of participation (exhibition area, programme and content, sponsorship, or other specific modalities) may purchase additional networking lunches at a discounted rate of xx € VAT included.
