ELIGIBILITY REQUIREMENTS

Participation is exclusively open to companies that have any form of commercial contract within Transfiere 2026, whether through content participation, exhibition spaces or paid networking activities.

All participating companies will be automatically included, regardless of their legal structure (S.A., S.L., etc.) or size (SMEs, micro-SMEs, startups, etc.), once the corresponding contract has been formalised.

Entities or organisations that are not companies, as well as companies without an active commercial agreement in Transfiere 2026, will not be eligible to participate.

VOTING SYSTEM

The winning company will be selected through a mixed voting system, consisting of two mechanisms:

1.      Public voting (40%)

Open to anyone who wishes to participate. Candidate companies may promote their participation through their contact networks in order to encourage voting. To ensure a balanced process, voting will be limited by IP address*.

2.     Voting by registered Transfiere 2026 attendees (60%)

Only individuals formally registered for the event may vote. Only individuals formally registered for the event may vote.

The final score for each candidate will be calculated based on the combined weighting of both voting systems.

*What does IP address–limited voting mean?

IP address limitation means that each IP address may only cast one vote in the public voting process. An IP address is the identifier assigned to each internet connection. This system helps to:

  • Prevent mass voting from the same network or device,
  • Reduce attempts to manipulate results,
  • Ensure a fairer and more balanced process.

In practice, this means that the same individual or company cannot vote multiple times from the same internet connection (for example, from the same Wi-Fi network).
