Here you will find all the necessary information and documentation as a Transfiere participant.
Private Area
When you complete your registration for Foro Transfiere, you will be able to access your personal area from here, where you can manage your networking agenda and all the details of your participation in the forum.
In addition, you will be able to download your accreditation and attendance certificate once the event has concluded.
Key Dates for Exhibitors
- Payment of the full amount for the stand and contracted services: January 24.
- Submission of final artwork for stand graphic elements: deadline February 6 (a 30% surcharge on production costs will apply after this date). From February 9, 2026, production of graphics cannot be guaranteed.
- Company name / signage: before February 6. This will be the name displayed across the different event media: website, directory floor plan, and stand signage, where applicable.
- Stand setup: February 23, from 8:30 a.m. to 9:30 p.m. Exhibitor service hours for contracting additional services will be from 8:30 a.m. to 8:00 p.m.
- Event dates: February 24–26, 2026. Opening hours: Tuesday 24 and Wednesday 25 from 9:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m., and Thursday 26 from 9:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m.
- Dismantling and collection of goods: February 26, from 3:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m.
Shipment and Collection of Goods
Shipments must be scheduled for delivery to FYCMA between February 22 and 23, from 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. A shared goods reception warehouse will be available, where exhibitors may collect their shipped packages
Reception of goods during event days: from 1 hour before the start of the event until the doors open to the public.
Dispatch of goods: from 30 minutes after the event closes.
Goods may be collected on February 26 from 5:30 p.m. to 9:00 p.m., and on February 27 from 9:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. Collection of these goods must be arranged by the exhibitor. Packages must be properly labeled and left in the logistics area for pickup by courier companies.
Once dismantling deadlines have passed, any goods remaining in the exhibition areas will be considered waste material and will be removed by the cleaning company. The exhibitor will forfeit any right to claim for loss or damage.
