By accepting participation in Transfiere, you acknowledge and accept the General Terms and Conditions of Contracting and Participation Rules, as well as the Specific Contracting Conditions for Transfiere 2026 set out below.
These Specific Contracting Conditions may totally or partially modify the clauses included in the General Terms and Conditions of Contracting and Participation Rules.

SPECIFIC CONDITIONS OF CONTRACT FOR TRANSFIERE 2026
ADMISSION AND CONTRACT FORMALISATION
In addition to the provisions set out in the General Terms and Conditions of Contracting and Participation Rules, all companies and institutions whose activities are considered to be included in or related to the sector of the event and which comply with the legally required conditions to carry out their activity may participate as exhibitors in Transfiere 2026. The right of admission is reserved.
Contracting shall be carried out by sending the signed quotation to the Trade Fairs and Congress Center of Malaga (FYCMA), together with proof of payment of the corresponding amount (50% of the total amount). Without this documentation, the reservation shall not be considered formally confirmed.
PAYMENT METHODS
To formalize the reservation, 50% + 10% VAT of the total amount must be paid upon signing the quotation. The remaining amount must be paid 30 days prior to the event.
EXHIBITOR AGENDA
KEY DATES FOR EXHIBITORS
- Payment of the full amount for the stand and contracted services: January 24.
- Submission of final artwork for stand graphic elements: deadline February 6 (a 30% surcharge on production costs will apply after this date). From February 9, 2026, production of graphics cannot be guaranteed.
- Company name / signage: before February 6. This will be the name displayed across the event’s various media: website, directory floor plan, and stand signage, where applicable.
- Stand setup: February 23, from 8:30 a.m. to 9:30 p.m.
- Event dates: February 24–26, 2026. Opening hours: Tuesday 24 and Wednesday 25 from 9:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m., and Thursday 26 from 9:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m.
- Dismantling and collection of goods: February 26, from 3:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m.
SHIPMENT AND COLLECTION OF GOODS
Shipments must be scheduled for delivery to FYCMA between February 22 and 23, from 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. A shared goods reception warehouse will be available, where exhibitors may collect their shipped packages.
Goods may be collected on February 26 from 5:30 p.m. to 9:00 p.m., and on February 27 from 9:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. The collection of goods must be arranged by the exhibitor. Packages must be properly labeled and left in the logistics area for pickup by courier companies.
Once the dismantling period has ended, any goods remaining in the exhibition areas will be considered waste material and will be removed by the cleaning company. The exhibitor shall forfeit any right to claim for loss or damage.
