The main objective is to highlight and promote Salamanca as a city of excellence in the biotechnology and health sectors. Each speaker will have the opportunity to showcase success stories that reflect the potential and opportunities offered by this unique environment. Pedro Martínez, Councilor for Economic Promotion of the Salamanca City Council, will be in charge of presenting and moderating the round table. Speakers will include:

Evaluating these aspects will help you better understand the value of your brand and identify areas for improvement to strengthen it and make it more competitive in the market. RESOURCE aims to study the private funding opportunities that Circular Projects, business projects based on Circular Economy processes, may need, and to facilitate their development thanks to private funds, and/or public where appropriate.
The project aims to develop a methodology that guarantees the viability and interest of Circular Economy projects, CE projects, for their financing from private sector funds through: in one hand an improved governance and innovative organization of the business service support ecosystem, and on the other an Innovative financing schemes to boost private investment for Circular Economy project.
During this session the projects in investment round selected in a first pilot phase of RESOURCE will be presented.

Certainly, the effective implementation of current waste legal frame in Europe and Spain, besides with those related to port facilities that manage all the ship-generated waste, presents remarkable logistical and technological challenges. Beyond this complexity, the implication of a wide profile of stakeholders from both the public and private sectors adds difficulties to the whole process, including ports, fishing fleets, packaging value chain entities, and public administrations. In this context, Technology Platforms emerge as an optimal forum for identifying and solving these challenges, fostering collaboration between the public and private sectors. Accordingly, we introduce this initiative to be undertaken during TRANSFIERE.

ROBIN Workshop: Development of communication plan to increase awareness about Circular Bioeconomy in Andalusia

Workshop within the framework of the European project ROBIN (Deploying circular BIOecoNomies at Regional level with a territorial approach / GA Number 101060504).
The objective and central theme of the workshop is to develop a communication plan to raise awareness about the Circular Bioeconomy in Andalusia.
At the event planned at Transfére, three of the tools from the Toolbox designed within the framework of the ROBIN project to promote the regional bioeconomy will be tested. Specifically, the tools to be tested will be: Knowledge platform, Support Actions Portfolio and Canva.
FU-TOURISM STAKEHOLDER WORKSHOP: €4M for sustainable innovation and green entrepreneurship in the tourism ecosystem.

The FU-TOURISM STAKEHOLDER WORKSHOP is an event designed to mark the beginning of the construction of local Spanish tourism ecosystems in the context of the European project FU-TOURISM, funded with 4 million euros by the COSME-SMP programme.
In this meeting, we will explore in depth the strengths, potentials and challenges in the tourism sector of each participating country through the exchange of best practices among local tourism stakeholders, the knowledge of opportunities within the ecosystem and the strengthening of synergies and collaboration of the sector in Spain.
ABOUT FU-TOURISM: the main objective of the project is to support small and medium-sized tourism enterprises in Europe in their green and digital transition. Coordinated by Eupolis Grupa (Croatia) and involving seven European countries, this project will launch two acceleration programmes to provide funding and expertise to 102 #SME projects seeking to transform their tourism practices:
1️⃣ ACCELERATION PROGRAMME: 60 SMEs will be selected, around 10 in each country.
2️⃣ SCALING UP PROGRAMME: 42 SME partnerships (consortia) will be selected, approximately 7 per country.
